We want you to love your MAKEUP BY MARIO products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your gently used products in their original packaging, if possible, and include the return packing slip inside the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
